Crytek To Show CryEngine 3 At GDC > |

Crytek is going to be showing off the latest version of the Crytek engine, CryEngine 3.0, at GDC this year. The engine is multi-platform, built for XBox360, PS3, DX9 and DX10, and is next-gen ready. Crytek recently purchased Free Radical, the developer of Timesplitters, and Crytek CEO Cevat Yerli has made it clear he expects the next generation of console hardware by 2012. With the CryEngine 3, we should see some incredible looking games in the next few years.
