Eidos Accused Of Trademark Infringement For Zero Tolerance >
2005/11/16 10:06:08: Posted by DM
Remember an old Sega Genesis game called Zero Tolerance? Also remember how Eidos announced that they changed the name of their XBox shooter Roll Call to Zero Tolerance? Well, it seems the original copyright holder of the Zero Tolerance name, the former president of Technopop, has accused Eidos of trademark infringement. Sounds like trouble brewing. Can't we all just get along?

"As the sole owner of the worldwide copyright and trademark to the Zero Tolerance videogame, I have not granted permission in any way either orally or in writing to use the Zero Tolerance property," Reiss wrote in the order, adding that he is currently in the process of developing new Zero Tolerance properties.
