	According to JeuxFrance, Atari has confirmed what most of us have suspected, that players will be paying a higher price for PS3/Wii games in Europe. Atari, who is the distributor for Sega in some parts of Europe has released the prices for a few games for PS3 & Wii. On PS3, Sonic The Hedgehog is going to cost 67,99 euros, while World Snooker Championship 2007 will be 73,99 euros. On the Wii, Sonic Wild Fire and Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz will both be available for 59,99 euros. Once again, the Europeans get the video game bone, sorry guys. >Link

How much is an Xbox360 game in EU?

they are 60euros Microsoft games and 70$ third party games so this is actually good news.

So in Europe Xbox 360 games cost about $20 USD less than ps3 games, and wii games actually cost about $5 more than Xbox 360 games???

Interesting... plus tax that will easily make ps3 games $100+ things are getting pretty interesting to say the least.

In Europe prices are always given with tax included.

So you pay what is listed.

But tax in Europe is 20-25% not 7% [?] like in USA

^^^^ they never include taxes when given price on sites until you pay so i think they will be higher then shown.

Its the cost of making the game. Thats were the tools come in to play if its harder to make a game, takes longer & more people that's were the programs come into play.

Xbox 360 games are 69,90 euros in Europe, some a bit less (like 65,90). Of course some sell games for less, but most places have them for 69,90.

And no, you're not adding tax to those PS3 game prices. They will be 65,90 as Atari says.
