It seems that Germany's ultra-strict video game laws have once again come into play. ATHis time, the change affects EA's upcoming sequel, Command & Conquer 3. The NOD suicide bombers will be re-animated so that they drop off their bomb packages and then scuttle away before the explosion, leaving the battlefield clear of any body parts.
