	3D Realms spoke with 1up, now that Duke Nukem Forever is actually becoming a reality. They developers admit that they tried to hard to make the game better than all other games, and now they are an industry wide joke. im actually really interested to see how this game turns out. even though we joke about it often, we really dont know much about the game.

besides duke nukem 3d rocked back in the day.

it better not end up like prey which was linier and badly desined, great idea though.

Duke Nukem Forever is a great game that will end up on both the PC and the Xbox 360. This is the sort of game that I think ends up better on a console like the Xbox 360. This is also an excellent example those shows how the world "multi-platform" often means "PC and Xbox 360" but has no mention of Playstation 3.

actually UTP your wrong, if anything is usually left out when mentioning multi-platform it's the PC. PCs and handhelds usually arent considered in the same category as home consoles. you do realize you could have made a comment on the topic without even mentioning any specific platforms correct?

Yes, Kenny K, I do realize that...however, there have been a couple of people lately (Every since DMC4 was announced for the Xbox 360) who kept on saying that there would never be any more conolse exclusive games, and they implied in other parts of the website that the word "multiplatform" meant "for all systems." That isn't necessarily true, though. There are a LOT of games being released for PC and Xbox 360, but not the PS3...and it appears Duke Nukem is one of them.

I am actually quite surprised just how much of a dominance the Xbox 360 starting to have. I would have never had any problem believing that Namco would release Ace Combat 6 for both the Xbox 360 and the PS3, but the fact that Ace Combat 6 is announced only for the Xbox 360 confirms what IGN was saying about how the Xbox 360 has far more third-party support from developers in Japan, too.

How come every topic has to come down to how much better the xbox360 is than the ps3 UTB....

they didn't mention the xbox360 either, they just mentioned they are going to bring it to other platforms.. there is just as much of a chance that this will come to the ps3 as the 360.

I for one, am very excited to see how this game turns out. I loved Duke Nukem 3D, and have been looking forward to a new Duke Nukem ever since I beat the first one.

i wonder how many consoles they originaly had this game planed for and updated, pc, ps1, ps2, dreamcast, n64, gamecube, xbox and now current consoles.
