Microsoft Sues Immersion For Breach Of Contract >
2007/06/18 18:39:27: Posted by DM
MS said today that they have filed suit against Immersion. Yum, we can taste the irony. Immersion and MS orignally settled a suit back in 2002 where MS agreed to pay Immersion $26 million for licensing rights and a stake in the company. MS said today that Immersion failed to live up to other terms of the deal, including a provision that requires Immersion to pay Microsoft "based on certain business and IP licensing arrangements." This should be very interesting, stay tuned.
