Halo Movie Re-confirmed, Already Filming? >

	Some of you have seen the picutres of the life size Halo Warthog that have been floating around the net for the last day or two. Well, according to XboxFamily, those are images of props from the now-confirmed Halo movie. The movie, they claim, is set for release in 2008, and has actually already started filming in New Zealand. This goes in the rumor mill until we can get any kind of outside confirmation. >Link

I guess the high definition trailer released isn't confirmation at all.

The "life sized warthog" was created for the short live-action films that the director-who-was-to-film-the-movie is directing. It's a continuing short-film project that started with the "Arms Race" video shown at E3.

Ah, the Arms Race one is the one I'm thinking about then. I thought that was a film teaser trailer.

I think it's mostly just an attempt to drum-up excitement with the various studios so as to get the actual film going.

i hope its not peter jackson, he only did good job with lord of the ring, and king kong is only good cause of the decent graphic...

jackson's not directing, he's a producer. No amount of cgi could have saved king kong, it was a bad movie.

i wonder what hes going to say to the reports that the PC version of bioshock being better cos of mouse. Unreal engine supports mouse and kb for PS3 (unreal tournament) so it may be likely that the PS3 version will have support. that means all his comments about bioshock being a killer ap on the 360 are complete shit. fuck u krogan

Wow the PC version of Bioshock runs better. Thats a shock considering PC's are already more powerful than the 360 or PS3. And how much does a high end PC cost to run Bioshock at optimum performance????? Give me a $300.00 console that I can plug into my TV anyday.

its not just the graphics, its the gameplay with the mouse and keyboard thats the big deal. 360 has no mouse or keyboard support and PS3 does, meaning the ps3 version should be better. if u want me to be gay for u pimp daddy all u need to do is ask big boy!

everyone who has ever played a pc fps knows how much better that control scheme is. give gamers a choice, its not hard to code it in. the only reason you arent seeing it on 360 right now is m$ are stupid. they could make a lot of money selling m$ keyboards and mice. it may give sony the upper hand. im almost finished bioshock and the controls are a let down on the joypad. its very clumsy near the end and u end up finding urself scrambling for a the right gun or power, the pc version uses the scroll wheel instead of the bumper buttons.

ps3 is whatever u want it to be man thats the point.

no keyboard support? Pretty sure you can use keyboard and mouse with FF XI for 360. So i cant see it being very hard to implement for 360 or Ps3, they both have enough friggen USB ports
