Nintendo Loses $21 Million In Controller Patent Case >

The verdict is in. Nintendo has been ordered to pay $21 million to Anascape for patent infringement. 12 patents were under dispute, all based on the force feedback properties of the Gamecube pad. MS had already settled for an undisclosed sum.
