	The Nintendo E3 press conference is about to begin, check this space as we update it with the latest pertinent info. Here we go. Click read more for the info, and remember, Sony conference starts at 2:30pm EST. Shaun White snowboarding is the first game being shown, and he is using the Wii Balance Board. The game will be available by year's end. Now Satoru Iwata takes the stage. He spoke about the "paradigm shift in gaming. Now that he left we got to the new Animal Crossing. The game is called Animal Crossing City Folk. The world is persistent, even when you are not logged in. The gamne's inhabitants get up and do things, even without you. Animal Crossing will also come with Wiispeak, a microphone add-on used to make parties of up to 5 players. The players can all talk to each other as if they were in the same room in real life. Reggie Fils-Aime is on the stage, basically displaying a bunch of sales charts that show Nintendo DS & Wii selling very well. Now Reggie is saying there will be only 3 new Wii games shown off. The first is Star wars Clone Wars. It looks fun. The next is a new Rayman Raving Rabids game. The last is Call of Duty: World at War. Now we are on the DS. Things like the DS being used to show maps of airports, box scores of baseball games you are attending, and directional maps, are all being tested. This could make the DS a virtual Swiss Army Knife handheld. The recipe book program will be here this November, by the way. It is already out in Japan. Now on to the WiiMotionPlus. WiiSports Resort will be the updated WiiSports title that is made for the WiiMotionPlus. It looks like another hit Nintendo accessory. The WiimotionPlus unit will ship with the new WiiSports Resort game. We were shown a Frisbee event, and it was really working 1:1, but the big hit is a Wave Race game that works 1:1. Fantastic. Now we go on to a sword duel. It works great it looks like. It is like Wii American Gladiators. It looks like so much fun. It wil not launch until next Spring though, that stinks. Now we are on to Wii Music, which should finally see the light of day this Holiday season. the drums and virtual sax are being played by Miyamoto himself, it looks like it works well, but we will see. He is showing off the variety of instruments like guitar, violin, guitar, taiko drums, and real drums. Now they are using 5 people to play the Mario Brothers theme song. it is kind of a mess, but we get the idea, it is pretty funny. It seems like it works better when the people actually practice. That is it folks, gotta say, pretty disappointing. WiiMotionPlus looks great, but its almost a year away. They did reveal a new GTA for DS, but that's about it.

i don't how many systems they sell this conference sucks. wii music ha! wii pretend. This is too painful.

Pretty disappointing, imo. Only Sony is left. Can they pull off the upset now over MS, or will 360 reign supreme at this years conference?

I don't even care if the win the conference just show something compelling and interesting but knowing Sony....

wow.... Is Wii Music for mentally challenged people? Let's flail around and have music play. But let's not forget... notes are too hard to play for some people. Those people should not be playing games.

captkeys, everyone pretends, even at Xbox360 show they all pretended, but I do have to agree, at Nintendo Show, everyone is acting like they are having fun liek a family bitch,

Id rather play Xbox 360 or PS3 where everyone swear at each other :P !!!!!!!!!!

Remember Wii never counts as a gamers, because it only focus on family audience vs HARDCORE GAMERS,

You think Wii won the console race i dont think so,

hardcore gamers has more popularity than casual gamers...

If you combine 360 and PS3 to Wii alone

u know the real facts...

Anyone can win selling to family games, because their easy to market....
