Next generation dvd line is at war between Sony's Blu-ray & Microsofts Hd-dvd formats, and will be a tough choice for all consumers. Last week at CES the cases for HD-DVD were revealed, and they have round edges so you can't stack them straight up nor flat. People are going to have a hard time putting these cases on shelves, maybe it's time to buy a case logic! Click the title to view pictures.

Actualy if you look at the bottom of the case it does have two little nubby things that seem to let it "stand up". The red looks horrid though, hopefully that is just a prototype thing.

I hope they leave it like that the red looks fresh and lets you know this isn't your normal dvd. Yep after thinking about it I really like that look.
