Those of you waiting to download the entire Burnout Paradise package from the PSN, as promised, have only a few more days to wait. On Thursday the entire game, complete with download content, will be available for purchase on the PS3 store. With the new content, players say the game is almost like a brand new title.

This d/l will take 4ever. I may go pick it up used on the cheap to check it out. I almost bought it when it launched earlier this year. It's good to see this game is still being supported with continued updates as well. It's always great to see a company support their product beyond launch as well as these guys have. They and Incognito should be commended for doing so.

How big is the download?

I'm not too sure. I haven't seen it listed yet, but I'd imagine it has to be a couple of gigs at least.

The download will longer than forever. I still remember downloading and installing R&C:Quest for the booty. And it was almost 2.4GB. Time to invest in a fiber optic connection I guess...

There are a few factors when dealing with any download service. Mostly your connection speed and how flooded the servers are.

I agree though Pimp, fiber optics are oh so sexy =)
