Sony Updates PSN Terms Of Service > |

Sony is sending out email indicating they have updated their PSN and PS3 use Terms of Service. Most of the changes likely have to do with all the online-enabled games being released soon, but some of the changes may affect game sharing, it seems. Read the updated changes in red, and see what's new.

This is related to the socom launch failure. If you read part of it, it now states that Sony now has the right to (re)charge you if you are somehow able to get your CC company to reimburse you from any PSN purchases. A lot of people on the socom forums were doing this because Socom was unplayable. Here's this one specific change..."SCEA reserves the right to deduct from the wallet any amount resulting from a Master Account holder's request to the Master Account holder's credit card company to reverse charges for a purchase on PSN"
