	According to CVG, Mercenaries 2, the much anticipated sequel, has been pushed back to 2008 by Pandemic. No reason was given for the delay, more info when we have it. >Link

I saw this coming. The first game was awesome, but it always seemed that this one was getting overshadowed by other high profile games. I'm not too worried though, there are plenty of other games for this fall.

meh.......

knew this was going to happen so i pretty much stopped caring about this game til a demo comes out.

Mercenaries 2 is going to be a good one...there is no doubt about that.

I remember the days when Mercenaries 2 was "claimed" to be a "supposed" "Exclusive," game for the PS3...but everyone knew it would be released for the Xbox 360, too. Then, the "Official" announcement for Xbox 360 did in fact happen.

Ahhhh...those were the days.

Anyways, I am telling you 100% FACT-BASED information when I say this:

The FACT is, many third-party game companies do NOT want to release their "supposed," big-name games during the 4th quarter, because the competition from Halo 3, Mass Effect, Bioshock, Call of Duty 4, Project Gotham Racing 4, ect................ is something they don't want to go up against.

ya can take bioshock outta there its out already

CianMCL...It is September already...and Bioshock was just released...Bioshock will see a HUGE number of sales for Christmas...that is a GUARANTEE!!!

unless your Halo 3 or Mario galaxy your probally not going to sell as good as you could have without there competition. so its better it got delayed.
