Famitsu has the images and scoop on two new Street Fighter IV characters. Here is the info as best we could translate it.Rufus uses Kung Fu, and is the (according to himself) top American Martial Artist (looks like a balloon to us). His rival is Ken, and he apparently is so bent on fighting Ken that he even picks fights with people who look like Ken. His special moves have esoteric wacky names like "Galaxy Tornado."Seth is akin to Urien and Gil from Street Fighter III. They do not give much more info about him other than he is in charge of the weapons division at Shadoloo. He used this position to modify his body with various items and fighting style data.
