It looks very good. The look is very similar to Killzone. I am stoked about this game.

Looks good but seems a little lackluster in the 'wow' factor. I dunno can't put my finger on it.

Ok I think this game is going to be really good from what I can tell via the gameplay shown. But I gotta admit the color scheme...or lack there of...just leaves me kinda blah. I want to be really excited for this game but every screen shot or video just doesn't get me all excited. I just kinda look at it and say "Meh... its good".

Still doesnt haves the wow factor because they have been showing the same 2 scenarios since it was announced....the same happens to Warhawk but im pretty sure they are gonna be really good games (maybe a killer app, but time will tell)

I trust Insomniac, they gave us one of the best gameplay experiences of the last gen.. I can't wait for this, it looks fan-freakin'-tastic

I for one like the color scheme. It sets the atmosphere for the type of game it looks like it is going to be. I enjoyed the color scheme of Killzone, just hated the shoddy controls. Graphically, it was awesome for a PS2 title. This game looks like it will be one of the must haves for the PS3. I will certainly check it out, when I can eventually get my hands on a PS3.

It's all been done before. Certainly not worth $600

I agree with Lordwindowlicker. Insomniac have given us some great games over the years. And actually, one of their first games was an fps (critically acclaimed). I'm sure it'll turn out to be a nice game. Will it be great though? : )

bob, for every original game, there must be 100 knockoffs, but for every 50 bad games, there's usually one that's great. You do the math. And you don't have to buy the PS3 just for this one game. Nobody's forcing you to.

Looks similar to killzone? No effing way. People I think are REALLY starting to forget just how good that killzone pre-rendered footage looked.

Also this game doesn't look too impressive to be honest. The textures are nothing to scream about (I'm sincerely hoping this game delivers on the gameplay aspect which it appears it could be doing, but this game so far to me just seems like a souped up call of duty 2. I hope they'll be doing a lot more to keep the game interesting.

This game is most doesn't strike as a possible must have, but Heavenly Sword does.

Perhaps they meant similar in graphical style or gameplay to the original? They didn't say "it looks as good as the pre-rendered killzone 2 video".

Even the Independent Playstation Magazine showed a side-by-side comparison of Gears of War and Resistance Fall of Man, and they said that thanks to Second Generation Xbox 360 games like Gears of War, the Playstation 3 would NOT have the best graphics when it launches. This is in the August issue of Indpendent Playstation Magazine.

the game looks very nice but no were near gears of war level :/ but still good, none the less. but aside from all of that extra, just like every person here, i sure wish that it was comming to the xbox360 :(

We can argue about graphics but in the end its about tastes as i think that MGS4 has much better graphics than gears of wars...Resistance has nice graphics but we havent seen anything beside those 2 scenarios and some images look better than others (sometiems soldiers look incredibly generic and sometimes you can see the plies and looks amazing)

Yes Matt, you are correct. I was referring to the graphical style of the original Killzone.

Wow silver, I totally didn't expect you to side with a 360 game being better looking than a ps3 game. Came way out of left field w/ that one. What's next. optaviusx bashing PS3, yeah right.

Seems you didnt read the EGM interview with kojima where he says that there is much more room for graphic improvement...they still have like a year before releasing MGS4. Dont you think it will be better than GOW ??? I think you are talking B*shit
