I'm guessing they will officially announce the pricedrop here.

This is good news for PS3 owners.

They should offer 4D viewing of the show.

Sony keeps playing follow the leader with Microsoft, and it's the big M that's doing the leading.

I just wonder if the servers will survive, and the pricing strategy would be nice to know...
Written by Itaintrite on 2007/07/06

Yes, I'm sure the "big M" had 1080p and HDMI first.

Sony didnt make 1080P or HDMI. Anyways now I have to find 1 of the 5 americans who owns a PS3 to watch E3 highlights on PSN. Dammit PS3 owners are so few and far in between.

@PimpDaddy,

Itaintrite wasnt referring to who created it, he was referring that Sony was the first to implement HDMI and 1080p on their console. seeing that i am one of the 1.6mil(estimate) people here in the US who has a PS3, i'm gonna enjoying(hopefully) watching E3!
Written by Itaintrite on 2007/07/06

incoming00, you got that right. I was merely replying to bob's rather biased comment about Microsoft being the leader when they in fact are copying Sony/Nintendo in many ways.

pimpdaddy, it might be harder to find an Xbox360 owner who hasn't had to exchange or fix his/her Xbox360 in any way.
Written by B1ueBurneR on 2007/07/07

@Itaintrite, its even Harder to find one that can say they are not pleased with their purchase.
Written by PimpDaddy on 2007/07/07

Itaintrite: Can we all agree that all 3 companies copy each other, and other companies before them... It's common practice. I actually only know 2 people personally that have had the 4 red lights of death. However after reading all over the net that other people have issues, U may be right... At least Microsoft can fix this issue. Can Sony fix the issue of nobody buying thier console???

someone already explained it earlier that since Sony was among the leading lights in the coming up of HDMI, they had a call on who would have it at what time, it really wasnt a MS call, they only waited, look it up itainrite, little research wouldnt hurt, 1080p was something sony had from the word go, but no that many games are utilizing it
