Sony President Sir Howard Stringer has again dismissed talk of a PS3 price cut. The latest surge in price cut rumors comes form the fact that both Activision and Tecmo Koei bosses stated that they not only want Sony to cut the price, but in Activision-Blizzard's case, may not make as many games for the console if there is no price cut. Stringer said of the Activision CEO Bobby Kotick: "He likes to make a lot of noise. He's putting pressure on me and I'm putting pressure on him. That's the nature of business."
