Microsoft has confirmed the the upcoming Twitter and Facebook apps which will run on the Xbox360 dashboard will only be available to those 18 years old and above. Major Nelson himself said that it will remain the same as the preview dashboard -- only users of 18 or older will be able to use it. This is because parental controls do not apply to these apps.
