Of course they did. You HAVE played the first game, haven't you?

You mean, that if they ruin something in the first game, they'll have to do it in the second?

I guess I can understand your logic, but it's not something that should be seen as a matter of course.

Having played both games I think the second one is much better since you can skip the movies you don't want to see. I also think the music is much better.
