FFXII Launches In Japan, No US Release Until Thanksgiving >

	Final Fantasy XII has been released in Japan after many delays and issues. In the article on 1up you can see just how eager those Japanese gamers were to get their hands on the game. Square Enix president Yoichi Wada and FFXII Executive Producer Akitoshi Kawazu were on-hand at the event to greet consumers and answer questions about the release, and Wada himself said the US version is currently in the process of being localized and should see release sometime around Thanksgiving in the States. We are getting the Playstation 3 before that, might as well play it on that. >Link

Smart move indeed. They are practically using final fantasy XII as another means to sell the ps3 since people know the resolution will be upgraded and texture filtering will be added. No point getting the game for your ps2 ;)
