Silent Hill: Homecoming Banned In AU, Refused Classification > |

Some bad news for our AU readers from this week. Silent Hlll: Homecoming has been refused classification by the Australia ratings board. In essence this means the game is banned. This is certainly bad news for SH fans, as this is meant to be the rebirth of the series. Apparently the cumulative effect of the violence (one scene in particular involving a power drill in the eye), was too much to be covered by the top rating, MA 15+. Looks like the only way to play it will have to be to import it on PS3.
