Konami Profits Climb 17% > |

It seems that not every game company has been hit by the harsh economy, at least not yet anyway. Konami is reporting an increase in profit of 17% for the nine months ending December 31, 2008. The video game division recorded the highest individual increase with a rise of 10.6%. This is certainly due to Metal Gear Solid 4, which has sold about 4.5 million units to date.
