Sony Says Motion Wand Is A Hardware Platform, Not Software >
2009/10/30 12:19:28: Posted by DM
The upcoming Playstation 3 motion wand add-on is less of a software thing, and more of a hardware thing, says Sony Worldwide Studios Boss Shuhei Yoshida. They are still in the early days of development, but Sony is telling developers to approach the motion wand as a peripheral or a platform, not as a game. Sony is planning to create updates for certain big games like Little Big Planet to make them work with the motion wand, but mostly it will be implemented going forward. The motion wand could be a make or break item for Sony and the PS3.

Motion Wand is retarded. Few have used it well on the wii, fewer will do so on the PS3. I would only ever use it to play HVB (High Velocity Bowling) and that will be rare as I've gotten all trophies but one in the game.

Personally I can't wait to play RE5 using the wand in one hand and the dualshock in the other.
