According to Kikizo, the reason for the month delay in Battlefield 2 for the Xbox360 was not software related, but rather marketing related. Basically it means they did not want to compete with GRAW. They also revealed that a demo of the game will be hitting the marketplace "mid-march." Knowing EA, mid-march could mean it will show up on the 31st."The new ship date is not related to product development, but rather to place Battlefield 2: Modern Combat in the best possible launch window," said EA's Steve Groll. "It will also give players more time to enjoy our action-packed multiplayer demo, which will be available in mid-March via Xbox Marketplace."
