Apparently Kingdom Hearts II has already gone Platinum in Japan. This means the game has sold more than 1 million copies since its release on December 22. This gane got a near perfect score in Famitsu so the sales should not surprise you, it will do just as well when it hits US shores, most likely.

You *do* know there a difference between "shipping 1 million units" and "selling 1 million units", right? Because Square only said about shipping that nice looking figure...
