Sony has frozen employee salaries for a year, starting next month. This is in an attempt to improve the company's waning profitibility. The employee bonuses will also be lowered to the equivalent of four months pay, rather than six months, according to Reuters. Hopefully this will keep Sony afloat long enough to make it through without any more layoffs.
